Instruction for an e-Poster proposal
- After you have set up your author account and verified your account, log in to your account.
- Click the 'Submit Proposal' button to take you to the submission form.
- In response to the question 'Would you like to submit an Oral Presentation, e-Poster or Panel Discussion proposal?', select 'e-Poster'.
- Fill in the following information:
- A title for your presentation.
- Aims/Objectives: What was the purpose of what you did? Why is your topic important? What did you want to change? What difference did you want to make? (50 words)
- Methods/Process: Who was involved? What did you do? (100 words)
- Results: What did you find? What changed? What difference did you make? What did you learn?
- Conclusion: How could other people use what you found out? What would you recommend other people do based on what you did and what you found out? (100 words)
- Alignment with the Conference Theme: How does your proposal address the conference theme of 'New Frontiers'? How does your proposal showcase something new we can do to make the world a better place for people with disability? (50 words)
- Add the e-mail address and short biography for the corresponding author. If there is more than one co-author, add each one by clicking on the 'Add Co-author' button and entering their details and biography.
- Select the theme for your presentation from the drop-down menu.
- Select if your submission is a research, policy, or practice-focused presentation.
- Answer the question 'Do you, or any of your co-authors or family members have a disability?'
- Select 'Yes' if you are agree to the Terms and Conditions.
- Click 'Preview and Submit'.
- Review and then if ready, click 'Submit'.

- All fields with an * must be completed.
