Becky joined Inclusion Australia in February 2020 and works passionately to promote the rights of people with disabilities, with a special interest in intellectual disability. She draws from both her professional expertise and lived experience as a family member of people with disabilities. Becky has worked across the disability sector for over a decade in disability support work, self advocacy support, submission writing, project management and policy advice. Her areas of expertise and special interest are inclusive practice; accessible engagement; supported decision making; and sex, parenting and relationship rights.
