Fiona has an allied health background and lead projects at NDS that are concerned with promoting evidence-based responses to Quality and Safeguards issues raises in both the Disability Royal Commission and the NDIS Review. She also leads a project on addressing Occupational Violence in the Victorian Disability Sector. She is passionate about the importance of inclusive communication and ensuring people with disability have access to high quality health care.
