Nathan is Head of Policy, Research and Advocacy at Inclusion Melbourne. He leads the Inclusion Designlab and works with people with intellectual disability to run projects about inclusion. This includes projects in oral health, LGBTIQA+ inclusion, political inclusion, positive behaviour support, and more! Nathan started working on the I Can Vote project in 2013. This led to the I Can Vote website (www.icanvote.org.au) and easy language video projects during the 2018 and 2022 Victorian Elections. He wants to see people with cognitive disability across Australia supported to learn about politics and to become informed voters.
