Stephanie is a widely respected disability advocate and CEO in the not for profit sector with more than 25 years of experience. She is currently co Asia Pacific regional representative for Inclusion International. Stephanie is also the Executive Director of Government Relations and Advocacy at All Means All, The Australian Alliance for Inclusive Education. She is also on the Board of Rights and Inclusion Australia which advocates for inclusive built communities.She was the Chief Executive Officer of Children and Young People with Disability Australia (CYDA) from 2009-2019. CYDA is the national representative persons organisation for children and young people with disability and their families.She has served on a broad range of Ministerial Advisory Committees and Expert Advisory Groups to progress opportunities and rights for people with disability.Stephanie is the parent of children with disability. Her adult son Adam has very high communication support needs and intellectual disability.Stephanies experience has enabled her to confront issues regarding fairness, equal opportunity, participation in the community, acceptance of differences and best practice in service delivery and advocacy. Stephanie has frequently challenged the system to progress the affording of rights of people with disability.
