Clare Hooper is an artist who has a dual disability.

Over the last four years Clare has worked one on one with an artist to develop her skills and produce saleable canvasses and images for business card and occasion cards. She has also attended courses at various art schools and community colleges. In 2008 and 2009 Clare won the disability Art Prize North Sydney.
