This engaging symposium will bring together the Commissioner from the Victorian Disability Worker Commission and board members from the Disability Worker Registration Board of Victoria to present the benefits, opportunities and lessons learned so far from Australia's first disability workforce regulator. In particular, they will discuss the importance of promoting choice and control alongside safety and respect for people with disability.
